Read The Bleepin’ Manual
Crayon Panic
The Bleepin' Color Thingamajig is where you go when you wanna make brand new colors or totally destroy existing ones by messin' with 'em. Plus, if you're rockin' one of those tiny devices like an iPhone or iPod touch (y'know, for people who hate screens), you can use this bad boy straight-up to conjure colors outta thin air or just grab 'em from the palette like you own the place.
*When you're finally done playin' around with your color masterpiece, tap the Done button chilling in the upper right corner & pretend you meant to do that.
This color chaos is carved up into five totally separate zones (we didn't have to, but here we are).
The "Make It Less Washed Out" Zone
The big kahuna of the color builder is the saturation/brightness picker — basically where all the magic (and regret) happens. The numbers floatin' around in this 2D playground let you crank the saturation left & right & fiddle with brightness up & down. Just poke or drag your finger around like you're playin' a rave on a touchscreen & BAM — you've adjusted stuff based on whatever hue you picked. Srsly, it's not rocket science.
The Rainbow Slider Dealio
Under all that saturation nonsense sits the hue picker, & it's literally just a slider that lets you pick any color from 0-360° — startin' with red, swingin' through every color you've ever dreamed of, & landin' right back at red like some kinda color boomerang.
The "See-Through-Ness" Knob
Wanna make your colors ghostly & transparent? The opacity picker's got your back. Like, if you're highlightin' chords & need everything to be all wimpy & faded at like 50% opacity, boom — this slider lets you go anywhere from "invisible" to "IN YOUR FACE" (that's 0-100%, obvs). Drag your finger up & down & watch the add swatch button down below freak out with every tweak.
That Button That Actually Does Something
As you're busily messin' with the hue, saturation, brightness & opacity like some kinda digital artist (we believe in you), the color updates RIGHT THERE in the builder. You'll see it vibin' in an add color button chillin' in the lower right corner. Tap that bad boy & — POOF — your new color joins the palette crew.
The "I Already Made Colors But I Wanna Change 'Em" Zone
Below all the other controls is the color picker for your edited palette. This is basically your cheat sheet — grab any pre-made color & edit it till the cows come home, or just rearrange your whole palette like you're decoratin' a cake. Wild, right?
