Overscroll

Arrr, this here settings screen be allowin' ye t' choose an action t' perform when either th' top or bottom o' th' song viewer be over scrolled, savvy? This be occurrin' when th' song viewer be dragged past its bounds. Th' action be performed immediately when th' finger be released t' allow th' song viewer t' "bounce" back into bounds, matey!

• Top lets ye assign an action t' perform when an overscroll be detected at th' top o' th' song viewer.
• Bottom lets ye assign an action t' perform when an overscroll be detected at th' bottom o' th' song viewer.
• Show Menubar be configured t' show a hidden menubar when an overscroll be detected at th' top o' th' song viewer. Ye can change this behavior t': None, Top, Bottom or Both.
