Hands-Free

When ye be on stage, ye already have plenty o' strings, buttons, keys, and pedals t' be concerned with. Thankfully, ye can use OnSong completely hands-free, allowin' ye t' focus on th' music, savvy?

Sets

T' get started, ye need t' first create a set and place yer songs in th' order ye will perform them. This be allowin' ye t' switch between songs without openin' th' songs menu or touchin' th' screen, matey.

Foot Pedals

Once ye have a set, ye can tap on th' edges o' th' screen t' quickly navigate yer song and set. But wouldn't it be nice if ye could use yer feet instead, ye scallywag?

OnSong works with popular foot pedals t' create th' ideal stage solution. Foot pedals be designed t' scroll and move through songs in yer set list out o' th' box. Ye can configure them further in th' Foot Pedal Setup screen.

Autoscroll

Another option be t' use autoscroll, which allows ye t' slowly scroll from th' top t' th' bottom o' each chord chart over a specified amount o' time. Ye can also turn on Settings » Live Settings » Live Bar » Autoscroll » Autoscroll Continually t' have OnSong automatically switch t' th' next songs in th' set when autoscroll reaches th' bottom, Arrr!

MIDI Integration

With MIDI integration, ye can trigger songs t' appear on yer device when configured MIDI commands be triggered from MIDI-compatible software (such as Ableton Live). Likewise, ye can also scroll and navigate yer sets usin' MIDI commands. Start yer sequence and program OnSong t' follow along, matey.

Connected Devices

If ye be usin' multiple devices controlled by one host, or if ye be sharin' yer screen with th' stage monitor mode, ye can make sure that th' rest o' yer band doesn't have t' use their hands either, Blimey! Here be a few ways ye can connect devices:

• Connect uses WiFi t' share yer library with others and stream chord charts durin' a performance.
• OnCue be similar t' OnSong Connect, but has th' option o' Bluetooth for streamin' without a wireless access point.
• Stage Monitors allows ye t' turn HDTVs into virtual music stands.
